Does it seem like our world is upside down? Does it feel like people just don’t get the fact that there is good and there is evil? Have we gotten to the point where there is no hope for the world? If so, we are probably where we ought to be. You see, ever since the beginning of mankind this has been the case. This is not a 21st Century problem, this is a human problem! Thousands of years ago a Hebrew prophet revealed these words, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight! Woe to those who are heroes in drinking wine and valiant men in mixing strong drink, who justify the wicked for a bribe, and take away the rights of the ones who are in the right!” (Isaiah 5:20-23).
